The Parts and Parts linear ball bearing KB3068 OP is a high-precision recirculating ball bearing for low-friction, smooth linear movements in machines, automation systems and mechanical equipment. Due to the axial ball circulation, this linear bearing enables virtually resistance-free movement along hardened linear shafts and is ideal for industrial, mechanical engineering and precision applications. Compared to plain bearings, it offers significantly lower friction, high running accuracy and a long service life.
Manufactured from hardened roller bearing steel (EN 1.3505) with a hardness of approx. 58 HRC, the linear ball bearing impresses with its high load capacity, wear resistance and dimensional accuracy. The robust outer cylinder, the precise ball cage and the circumferential steel balls ensure stable guidance during horizontal and vertical movements. The precise 30x47x68 mm design ensures a secure fit in housings with H7 tolerance and optimum guidance on linear shafts with g6 tolerance.
This KB3068 OP linear ball bearing operates with low friction, quietly and efficiently and is designed for continuous operation. It is ideal for applications such as 3D printers, packaging machines, dosing systems, positioning systems, measuring devices, automation technology and conveyor systems. Depending on the version, the bearing is available with dust seals, a lubricant unit or without lubrication and is suitable for operating temperatures from approx. -20 °C to +80 °C. A durable, reliable linear bearing for precise linear movements in demanding industrial applications.
